Roles and Responsibilities:
- Present and sell the Company’s products and solutions to new and existing accounts
- Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions
- Establish and strengthen individual relationships within purchase, maintenance, and operations departments at assigned accounts
- Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as it relates to products, markets, and competitors
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and overall sales activity
- Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business
Requirements:
- A degree from a reputable academic institution
- Minimum 2-3 years’ sales experience related to products
- Effective communication skills and an ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships
- English proficiency is a must
- Willing to work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and travel to other cities
