Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and improving various human resources plans and procedures
- Planning and organizing all activities of the department e.g onboarding
- Managing support staff and HR team employees
- Managing and supporting the organizational recruitment processes
- Handling employee relations including resolving conflicts through professional mediation
- Coordinating staff training and development
- Ensuring health and safety standards are observed
Requirements:
- University degree
- IHRM certificate is a must
- Union experience is required
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- A background working in a similar position in
- Agricultural/Horticultural/FMCG/Manufacturing firms will be an added advantage
Position open in both Njombe and Iringa regions.
