Roles and Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a candidate with current knowledge of both local and regional market dynamics.
  • Going out to the market and developing sales leads for our products.
  • Schedule and follow through on leads
  • Communicate with farmers on different farming solutions
  • Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
  • Advise on appropriate purchase options where needed.
  • Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
  • Sales of company’s farming products to different target groups
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback.


Educational Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Agriculture and similar course 


Experience Requirements 

  • Creativity
  • Open minded and friendly 
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Very good oral and written communication skills 
  • Fluent in english and swahili, knowledge of 3rd language is an added advantage
  • Honesty
  • Ability to build positive relationship with clients
  • Ability to work in a mixed culture team
  • Highly motivated to work in a very professional, creative manner.
