OPERATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS POST
This is a managerial position and the successful candidate will require the following
Fluent written and spoken English is absolutely imperative.
Fluency in two other European languages – German, French, Spanish, Italian
Hold as degree in Tourism or Diplomacy or Customer Service Skills
Be located in an area with a good phone signal
The ability to problem solve is essential
Able to handle demanding and difficult clients and agents 24/7
Good organizational skills
Have good diplomacy skills to deal with guests.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The job entails all aspects of the operation and ensuring that guest issues are handled in a quick and professional manner
- High standards and presentation of proposals to agents and clients.
- Following company policy and standards for uniform, paper work and presentation.
- Training staff in company policy and requirements.
- Training of Meet & Greet staff and overseeing their work.
- Following up the guest questionnaires.
- Ensuring everything goes smoothly for guests on the ground.
- Handling any problems that occur with guests while with us.
- Dealing with agents on behalf of their clients for any issues on the ground.
- Liaison with transport for vehicle allocations
- This is not an 08.30 – 17.00 hrs position. With time differences calls can come at any time and the successful candidate must be able to deal with these. Poor phone lines and communications and guests for whom English is not their first language, means that the person for this position must have clear English speaking skills for handling guests in problem situations.
