POSITION: Service Centre Technician

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any IT related field
  • From 3 years experience in related field in technical help desk team.


Responsibilities;

  • Strong troubleshooting skills & demonstrated abilities to diagnose&analyse software issues.
  • Experienced with quality&performance monitoring process.
  • Serve as a single first point of contact for the customer&system users for solution service & support.
  • Coordination with the field service&support & IT support teams to ensure that all correctibe maintenance are fulfilled.
  • Ensure internal & external SLA' s are met
  • Management of work on incidents, problems and change requests.
  • Manage solutions-related trainings for the customer & taxpayer system users.
