Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
•Expertise in manufacturing process design
•Supervision of manufacturing process design,machining and assembly
•Experience in process engineering including machining and assembly
•Ability to teach, mentor and train work teams
•Ability to plan, monitor and evaluate activities and those under him/her
•Ability to identify and develop process tools that improve the production process
•Demonstrate ability to manage a team and drive performance and development
•Strong communication skills to drive consensus, decision making and execution
•Must be available to travel
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree,Basic Technician Certificate,Technician Certificate or diploma in any engineering field such as mechanical, civil, chemical and process, production engeineering
•Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing plant is required although fresh graduates with relevant pratical training experience in manufacturing are encouraged to apply
