Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Requirements:
- Experience of 4 years and above in relevant field.
- Registration with ERB is a must.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinating and supervising construction works
- Confirming adherence to construction specifications, compliance to all legal requirements and safety standards.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Prepare for and attend joint inspection with client and/or consultant.
- Scheduling material and equipment deliveries to site
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Attend project meetings as may be required
- Maintaining operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.

Qualification:
- Minimum FTC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Requirements:
- Experience of 5 years and above.
- Registration with ERB will be an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Read and review project drawings and plans to determine the sizes of structures
- Confer with engineers about preparing plans
- Supervising construction works
- Use computer aided design software under the charge of engineers
- Confer with engineers about preparing plans
- Observe project sites and evaluate contractors’ work to detect problems with design or
- Test construction materials and soil samples in laboratories
- Help to ensure that project construction conforms to design specifications and applicable codes
- Prepare reports and document project activities and data
- Set up and help maintain project files and records
- Other tasks as may be delegated by the Chief
