Qualifications
- Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or Insurance related qualification
Experience
- At least 5 years sales in life insurance, medical insurance or banking
Duties
- Implementing the agreed sales and marketing strategy
- Establishing suitable relationships with clients, brokers, agencies and other financial institutions
- Marketing and distributing of the company products to corporates and relevant organisations
- Continuous networking in order to increase the brand awareness
- Excellent in communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills in both English and Swahili.
- Possesses basic computer skills
- Customer and clients care oriented
