JOB DETAILS:
The Agroforestry Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the organization’s technical agroforestry expert
- Have knowledge of the value chain and processing requirements of each crop recommended
- Understand the ideal and actual mechanical requirements of an agroforestry system in Kigoma
- Create growth assessment templates for all crops grown
- Manage all data entry and analysis of all crops grown
- Make regular visits to our eight agroforestry plots to monitor growth and address any issues that may arise
- Directly support team operations
- Support organizational efforts to make agroforestry programs more efficient and
