Role Purpose
Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the company’s recruitment and staffing.
- Organizational departmental planning
- Performance management and systems improvement.
- Organization development
- Overseeing orientation and on the job staff development and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Maintaining good employee relations
- Company employee and community communication
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Employee services and counselling.
- Ensuring the company complies with Employment and Labour Relations Act
Academic qualifications
Degree in Human resources or a related field
Work Experience and Skills
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience across all HR discipline. Preferably in the manufacturing sector. Deep understanding of the local labour laws and employment practices.
