The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that employee policies, practices, and programs are consistently applied across client groups and the company. You will also partner with Expertise teams on policy updates and be accountable for knowledge management and feeding insights into enhancement of artificial intelligence of the technology platforms
JOB DESCRIPTION
Leave policy queries, helping with Leave portal usage, leave encashment implementation etc.
Leave policy queries, helping with Leave portal usage, leave encashment implementation etc.
Resolve employee pay and benefits queries
Proactively informing employees of pay related issues/comms after getting feeds from UL Payroll team
Coordinating schedules with stakeholders and enabling on-boarding completion
Facilitating exiting employees
Anchoring mandatory document collection from employee/family to enable smooth exits
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 3 years
Education: Degree level
