Most of its sales stem from delivering clothes, but the company also partners with supermarket, restaurant, technology and other retail businesses. PaPa makes money by charging various fees which include; delivery, service and advertising.
What Is PaPa & How Does It Work?
PaPa is an online courier service platform that connects customers with shops nearby. Users can order through the company’s website or by using their Android and iOS apps, respectively.
PaPa operates under the “Business to Consumer model” and as such does not prepare or make any of the items themselves. Instead, the company partners with independent contractors that deliver orders on their behalf. Furthermore, PaPa takes care of payment processing as well as the sorting of products on its platform.

MARKETING & SALES INTERN (2 positions)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer documentations and records including sales data.
- To process applications for the Corporation product services and prepare business cases for minor relief schemes for the customers and ensure good records management for the same.
- Designing social media campaigns.
- Creating social media content.
- Answering customer’s comments or questions (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
- Managing the company’s official website.
- Writing content for the company’s blog or website.
- Creating a weekly/monthly content plan calendar.
- Follow-up and improvement of SEO and other digital marketing strategies. • To perform any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The candidate must be a University Graduate/Student.
- At least 6 months of working experience in the field.
- Able to work remotely under minimum supervision.
- Creative driven with the ability to close deadlines.
- Knowledge of graphic design & motion will be an added advantage. • Able to work with tools like Microsoft Excel for proper content management. • Experience in sales through case competitions, class projects, student organizations, internships or work experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with web design and development.

INTERN – APPLICATION DEVELOPER (2 positions)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Database design.
- Mobile or Web App development.
- Perform software analysis, design, development and test of specific requirements related to Windows, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Writing and testing application codes and providing feedback.
- Designing, developing and integrating APIs.
- Creating, scheduling and posting marketing Ads.
- Provide technical support users.
- Perform other design and development duties as assigned by the supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently finished in an accredited college or university Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or directly related field.
ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN (1 position)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help us identify and build best practices.
- Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with merchants. • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets.
- Partner with our Operations and Account Managers to smoothly acquire and maintain the best merchants.
- To perform any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently finished Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or related field. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong critical thinking ability.
- Bilingual or multilingual.
LOGISTICS INTERN (2 POSITIONS)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage accurate order entry.
- Ensure accurate scheduling and entry of pickup and delivery appointments. • Perform manual check calls when tracking tools not in use.
- Assist in performing paperwork requests, update customer websites as needed. • Assist in PO Entry and other back-office tasks as needed.
- Perform Cold Call Carrier Procurement Activities.
- Communicate with shippers, receivers, customers and carriers, as well as customer service, operations, pricing analysts and other internal team members.
- Assist team members as needed during peaks.
- Discuss and coordinate plans with the Service Center Manager to ensure maximum profitability and customer service and 100% invoicing accuracy.
- Work with the Service Center Manager to establish and promote a true quality improvement process to include the involvement of all personnel.
- To perform any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently finished Bachelor’s degree in logistic, transportation management. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong critical thinking ability.
- Bilingual or multilingual.
- Ability to multitask.
