- Resolving major and minor Operation Issues
- Following up on Client Related Issues and Cargo for Allocation
- Following up with workshop team to get trucks on the road
- Interpreting reports from Quality & Compliance Lead for making informed decisions
- Set monthly targets and running Ops meetings each morning
- Overall responsible for Ops performance and improvement.
- Secondary Level of Escalation within Ops
- Creating manual expenses in behalf of the operations team
- Setting benchmarks and KPI’s for the operations team to be measured monthly
- Leave Approvals

- Strong management skills ensuring efficient use of resources
- Computer Literacy to effectively operate and manipulate online management systems

Qualifications:
- A minimum of University Graduate Degree in any relevant discipline or equivalent vocational experience in Transport / Logistics service support
