Job Summary

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to promote our application, Mobimed, and become part of our vibrant team.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Mobimed
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales and answer towards all requirements prospects might have.
  • Keep records of all calls and sales and note useful information as well as update the database.
  • Direct leads to field sales when needed and generally go the extra mile.

Qualification.

  • Most important you are an excellent communicator and have superior people skills
  • You are comfortable presenting solutions products of Mobimed over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
  • You can learn about our products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • You have excellent knowledge in English and preferable other local vernaculars
  • You are cool-tempered and can handle potential rejection.

Requirement

  • At least 2 years of Telesales experience
  • Previous active sales experience
  • A relevant diploma or University degree
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fluent in English and local languages
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Loyalty and integrity.
  • Experience with Health sector sales is an added advantage
