HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING
(Age: 40 To 45 YRS)
The Job Requirement is as follows:
- Experience in FMCG industry in the sales & marketing function.
- Good understanding of commercial, understands P &L, Costing, Budgeting, ROI etc.
- Strong relationship orientation
- Exposure to African markets would be an advantage
- Strong orientation in managing teams and have managed large teams in the past.
- Good IT Skills, Microsoft Excel, PPT and any CRM and Distributor Management Systems.
- Highly result oriented and passionate about the business
- Develop and implement the marketing plan for the business.
- Closely work with the Advertising Agency to implement various marketing programs.
- Ability to work in diverse culture and promote inclusive behaviours.
The Person should be:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Masters in Management preferred but not necessary
- A minimum 15 to 20 years of work experience in Sales with strong experience in Beverages, FMCG Industry.
- Adequately computer literate in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
