Education Qualifications:
- Holding a university degree or diploma or equivalent
- Elaborate Basic IT maintenance skills such as hardware and server
Required personality and interpersonal skills:
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
- Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in WordPress web design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support
- Assist in the provision of technical advice on procurement of ICT equipment, hardware, and software
- Train Staff on a new and existing technology affecting business operations
- Perform basic IT maintenance such as hardware and server
- For online programs, provide technical support/ troubleshooting support during classes
- Provide technical support application of Information Technology
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Perform any relevant duties assigned by supervisors
