*QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE*
1. Must be above 18 years of age.
2. With certificate of Hotel management course or Associated studies.
3. A minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
4. Excellent *customer care skills*
5. Ability to work under pressure and look after several things at once.
6. Fluent in English and Swahili, other languages will be added advantage.
