Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the improvement of the business environment of the representative office through key supervision and management
  • Establish good communication channels with the Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance and other relevant institutions and industry associations and key media of the host country
  • Develop and improve brand identity and positioning ensuring there is a consistent & strong image across all initiatives
  • Media Relations: coordinate media interest, ensuring regular contact and appropriate responses to improve presence in the market including management of media share of voice
  • Establish the company's international industry-leading corporate image, and ensure their support for the company's normal operations in the local area
  • Establish a good relationship with the police, immigration, labor and customs to ensure the normal operation of the company and the smooth acquisition of employee work permits and promote sales
  • Actively carry out CSR activities and establish a good local public relations image of the company, promote events and give full attention to the role of the daily established relationship channels Relying on the working mechanism of the representative office security team and crisis response team to do a good job of communication
Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing or any related qualification in Media Studies or Journalism 
  • At least 5 to 10 ears years experience Public Relations Management in the ICT industry with successfullytrack record and knowledge of Events and Branding Management experience in the ICT industry
  • Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
  • Creative development of media channel planning, execution and evaluation is mostly preferred
  • Proven excellent presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills with various vendors
  • Team-oriented leadership and management skills and a professional attitude to colleagues and clients
  • Experience of working with audiences with varying levels of technical understanding in different cultures
  • Must be presentable, articulate, reliable, committed and resilient
